The 3-room apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Condition of the apartment was excellent, kitchen well equipped, plenty of wardrobes.
The parking space was a bit small for a big car.

Good location. Rooms are well equipped. Staff is very helpfull. I got larger apartments for the same price!
Personal come to the hotel only for daily room services and guests' arrival. W.C. fixtures did not work properly.

the location , and the calmness of the appartment
yes i didn't like that there's no receptionest. we had difficulties in having some information and we felt we are in a normal building that has no relation with hotel management. also this gave us the feeling of insecurity and the building was very dull.

We liked the facility and the location very much. Staff was attentive to our needs.
Would have preferred to have a shower in both bathrooms--one had a tub and a handheld shower.

Excellent location, very stylishg building and large apartment, fantastic terrace.
The TV sets were very old, for the price of the room they really should be upgrading the TV to LCD widescreens as well as providing a DVD player, which doesn't cost much. No English TV channels was disappointing.

Comfortable apartments, fully equipped. Excellent location - one block away from la croisette.
No room service or full time reception. Apartment cleaning is not the best.

The location between the main shopping area and the see side was perfect. The bed was good and so was the jacuzzi. Nice interior. Lots and lots of room to hang your clothes.
The room was quit noisy (street noise and flushing toilets). The receptionist was only available by phone, not on site.

The hotel is well located, away from the crowds but within walking distance of all the city's attractions. Spacious and clean.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t have a check-out time which allowed us to park all day in their parking garage.
Shower sprays did not work properly, No light in the shower stall (switch did not work) and no shower drain Tub shower spray would not shut off until water was shut off. Light in master closet would not shut off tv cabinet sliding door broken. The pictures for this hotel on-line looked more modern with a freshly updated interior then the room actually was.

Very nice hotel with beautiful location !!!! Only problem we felt was that it was run by robots according to us !!!!!! There was no one to help or assist !!! So there is no way we can rate staff
